Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Fragrance Oil Depot. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  • Eligibility: Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or customized products cannot be returned.

  • Return Process: To request a return, please contact us first at kevin@fragranceoildepot.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
